REMOTE SUPORT

Using AnyDesk or TeamViewer

Most all support request will prompt a phone call from myself. Most of the time I can walk you through to address your problem. If not, a time will be schedule for a remote support session.Every customer is immediately given my personal contact number. I'm prompt and always eager to help. All I ask is you respect my weekends (especially Sunday). I will never ignore or let you sit by waiting for help.

EMAIL SUPORT

Available 7 days a week

I answer all emails almost immediately (no matter where I'm at) and rarely, it ever, a email will slip the daily torrent of emails I receive in my inbox.Email support is usually the quickest and most effective way to get an immediate response. Generally, I will create a walk-thru video specifically for you describing what your problem is and how to resolve it.

Not only are there full step-by-step video walk-thru's to help you setup your arcade, but you also have access to full documentation covering everything from setup, to controls.Make sure you visit the customer support center if you need assistance.

DID YOU KNOW?
